Just discovered a couple of weeks ago we didn't have a working landline. Tried to resolve online but was unsuccessful. Tried to ring Sky but was sent back online, a bit frustrating.

Tom-19, great help, Sky engineer contacted me, carried out line check, and concluded that there was a problem outside their control, & set up a fault notification with Openreach. Openreach were to text me when fault was repaired, I had a missed call this morning but when I checked my phone I was back on the air. Thank you to Tom -19, Sky Community & Openreach for sorting my problem.

Problem was resolved this morning by Openreach.
Thanks to Tom -19, Sky Community & Openreach for sorting my problem so quickly in the end. Once I managed to get my problem posted within Sky Community the repair was quickly on its way. Just a pity I couldn't report directly to Sky engineer at the outset, should be no need for the Community route, even though it proved very helpful.
Thanks everyone for getting me back on the air.
