I have got cut off twice this evening using my landline. I cancelled my contract with you on Tuesday 12th July, the contract ends on 27th July so why have I been cut off twice using my landline this evening?

Could this be down to a fault on the line, do you have a dial tone ?

None of that would cause you to be cut off. If Sky had withdrawn your service you wouldn't be able to initiate a call at all. Sounds like a fault as @caesarome posted.
