Landline not working

Landline not been working for over a week. Can't make or receive calls. 

Tried speaking to Sky but got cut off each time. 

Logged problem via online form. 

Tried calline by different mobiles. Sometimes no sound at all, sometimes engaged tone. 

Really disappointed with this appalling service. Wish I stayed with BT.

Try the below line test. Disregard it saying it will test your broadband https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-phone-problems-start

BT phone not working

I see lots of discussions about landline telephones not working. I have a Sky Max Hub and a week ago my BT phone stopped working. No dial tone, nothing. If I call my  number on my mobile the number is engaged. 

 

Tried using really cheap phone and it works. Is there a BT phone that actually does work with the Sky Max Hub? I have tried calling Sky [removed]

Any standard DECT cordless phone or a corded phone should work. BT's phones which are designed to work with their Digital Voice service won't work if that's what your referring to.

If you particularly want a BT phone, they do offer standard phones which will work with the Sky Hub. Just look for one which isn't intended for their Digital Voice service, as @Daniel0210 posted.
