Incoming calls. they can hear me, but i cant hear them

Hi.

Ive had this problem for a few days. when someone phones me, they can hear me but i cant hear them. 

i've done the checks but its still not working. ive pluged in a normal wired phone but still no luck.

Ive tried to phone sky but cant get through to them.

can anyone help please Thank you

All sorted now. Had to have an engineer round to sort it
