Landline not working

Landline not working for incoming and outgoing calls.  Tried everything suggested but still not working. 

 

Back in February I upgraded to the new white hub but have only recently found out about my landline having issues as its hardly ever used.

 

I even bought a new phone thinking that was the issue but still nothing, not even a ring tone.

Do you have Internet calls (Sky VOIP)? It should be shown on your bills.

It's not showing Internet calls on my sky talk bill.

Just to check, try plugging your phone, into the socket at the back of your Max Hub to see if that produces a dial tone. 

 

If not, it's best reported to Sky. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.

OK, I've alerted Sky and a Community adviser may be able to help you via private, online messaging later today. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. Once the chat is activated it remains open for 48 hours, after which it will automatically close..

Hi, me again!

 

I've had engineers out to fix the faults on the line but I'm still unable to receive or make calls from my landline.  Its as dead as a dodo!

Try plugging your phone into your Max Hub just in case you do have Internet calls (I doubt it,but just to cover all the bases).
