Had BT landline package and have since cancelled and gotten Broadband for the first time.
Was told by Sky I can keep landline and phone number for incoming calls and that I'd only be charged if I make an outgoing call.
Guy came out and installed the broadband and it's working fine but landline isn't working. It is currently plugged into the router and for power. Previously it was plugged into the BT socket in the wall.
Really frustrating and can't get through to sky ok the phone. Think it may be something to do with VOIP but seemingly no one on the internet can explain how to actually use it.
