My broadband and Wi-Fi are working fine but my phone line seems dead, i can not receive or make calls as there is no dial tone. I have tried a different phone (which i know definitely works) and followed the help steps online, still nothing. I need this rectifying. Thanks

No ive had sky broadband and phone for 5 plus years and it worked fine in the past

If it doesn't detect a fault, you'll need to report it to Sky. If you wish we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here via a private online chat so that you can do that.

Just tried that and it says all is working fine.

Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the pageReplies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. The chat will automatically close 48 hours after it is initiated.
