Landline not working
My broadband and Wi-Fi are working fine but my phone line seems dead, i can not receive or make calls as there is no dial tone. I have tried a different phone (which i know definitely works) and followed the help steps online, still nothing. I need this rectifying. Thanks

Re: Landline not working
Are you new to Sky broadband? If so, is your phone handset plugged into your broadband Hub? Has your phone service e worked OK up to now with Sky?

Re: Landline not working
Ok, first try the simple connection test here, even if your broadband is working ok: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
If it doesn't detect a fault, you'll need to report it to Sky. If you wish we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here via a private online chat so that you can do that.

Re: Landline not working
Ok, I've alerted Sky and a Community adviser may be able to help you via private, online messaging later today. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the pageReplies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. The chat will automatically close 48 hours after it is initiated.
For the detail of how it works see this guide: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147

When was your Sky service activated? Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? Is your Hub white? Or black?
