Landline not working

The landline is currently not receiving calls - although the mobile number appears on the screen of the phone when ringing. It eventually just rings off. The landline is also not making calls, there is no dial tone and so nothing happens. I have tried a different phone (bought a new one!) and have tried removing the micro filter and plugging the phone straight in to the wall socket, this didn't work either. Appreciate further help. Thank you

@HMC17 are you on a digital line full fibre, and does your hub have 4 green lights if it is the sky broadband hub. see link below. 4 green phone plugs into the back off the hub!

@HMC17 further to @JimM1's post, ae you new to Sky broadband/landline? Or has your landline with Sky been working OK up to now?

Not a new user, been with them 10+ years, this is the first landline issue.

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts
