Yesterday I had fibre fitted. Now I have no landline or sky mini box

Yesterday I had fibre fitted. I now have no land line and Sky mini box is not working. I was promised a new router but did not get one. I am an angry Sky diamond customer

The landline usually needs an extra 24 hours to be fully working.

Does your existing Hub have a 'Voice light' on the front panel? Or do you have a white Sky Max Hub? Is your phone plugged into your router?
