Our landline has been down for the past few days, I've unplugged and plugged back in the main connection but nothing.
From the Sky website, it isn't clear whom to contact in such a situation. Thanks.

Hi, is it no longer possible to escalate posts for the Sky Messaging team?
It's how a previous issues was resolved on these forums.
I also don't see any link for Whatsapp. Thanks.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Thanks for the escalation @caesarome and @Addie15, I've spoken with a Sky advisor now.

A engineer came out in November and fixed the issue, it was a fault at the street cabinet.
A couple of weeks later the phone line is dead again, probably still an external issue. Could you please arrange an escalation with the messaging team.
Thanks.
