I got Sky fitted on Tues. Got landline and broadband. Just rang Sky as i have not had my landline working since it was connected. Told to give it 72hrs which i did. Spoke to sky tried various things but no joy. Told they would have to escalate it to the engineers where it can be fixed remotely. Told to give it until Tues and if still not fixed to ring again. This is ridiculous. I rely on my landline for my elderly father. He cant afford to keep ringing my mob.
