Landline not working

My landline has stopped working. I have tried all the guides and bought a new phone, but still nothing. Broadband is fine but no dialing tone and no calls in our out?

@KenLove 

Is your phone line plugged into the back of the hub as this is where it does need to be plugged into, if it is try rebooting the hub at the mains.

Does your broadband hub have a voice light on it that is lit up ?
