Sky talk has not worked for 4 days. Reported to Sky but no response. I have run through the tech support and that did not cure the fault. No voice light on router and reset the router but still not working.

Used the online reporting tool. It said the fault would be investigated but no response after 3 days.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more3 days or 3 working days? The Openreach target is to fix within 2 working days but depending on the nature of the fault it could take longer. Openreach don't work on domestic faults at the weekend.
