Landline not working

I cant make or recieve calls.... have tried calling the tech team but just get cut off !!!  Internet is fine and I tried different sockets etc but still no dial tone and no inbound calls...  it just rings....

 

Anyone got a better way to contact the tech team ?

I take it this fault has just started and that you do not have a broadband hub that has a voice light on it that is lit up ?

Correct.... hub doesnt even have a voice light

Any chance a super user can escalate ? cant get on to the tech team as my mobile signal is pretty weak so when ever I try it just gets cut off beofre I manage to get anyone

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
