Landline not working after new Router

Since we had a new router our landline hasn't worked. this was a couple of months ago. I think I have done everything I was advised to do.

@DMWalker most new installs now supply the landline via the hub so the phone has to be plugged into that not the old phone sockets. If you are doing that and the phone isnt working call Sky.

@DMWalker Where is your landline plugged into, if the back off the sky Hub, and when you pick the phone up do you get a dial tone!

It is plugged in to the back of the router.
