phone not working

my phone it not work there's no voice light on my router no dial tone can't make or receive calls

Ignore the fact this says it is for broadband so try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:


https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

@Harry651 does your phone plug into a wall socket or into your broadband Hub? Are you new to Sky broadband and landlines, or has your landline with Sky,been working ok up to now?
