Took Sky and OpenReach a grand total of 12 engineers, and 2 months + one day to CORRECTLY install my fibre broadband.
3 weeks later, and there is STILL NO WORKING LANDLINE. I have phoned up 10 times now, with each customer service agent being more useless than the previous. I have “reset” the hub and landline multiple times now. Both via the “unplug for 6 minutes and hold the WPS button for 20 seconds” method, as well as the “unplug both ONT and phone for 15 mins” method.
STILL NO WORKING LANDLINE. GIVE ME MY LANDLINE BACK!
