Welcome to the Community @Judy80 . Just so you know, we're customers here,. It's unlikely that Sky will reply to your post. Can you give us some background details? Are you new to Sky Talk (landline)? Or has your Talk service with Sky worked ok, up to now?

Thanks. New to Sky and hub set up meant our current landline was changed for calls to come / go via Sky, internet. We can make calls this way  but not receive-- callers get ' unavailable, mail box is full '

@Judy80 I'm assuming your phone is plugged into your broadband Hub. Do you have a black Hub? Or white? If it's the black one, is the LED labellled 'Voice' on the front panel lit? Amber? Or Green? When was your service activated?

Ours is a white hub with a single steady white light -- which was green/ amber/ red during set up. Thanks
