Yes it is and I've tried plugging it directly into the main socket still nothing.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Carley86 if you haven't restarted your Hub in the last hour or so, try that now, by switching it off at the plug for 30 seconds or so.
It does sometimes take longer than 24 hours for the phone service to be activated, but we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here tomorrow so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish?

Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. Once the chat is activated it remains open for 48 hours, after which it will automatically close..

Hi again all. My land line still hasn't been activated. Broadband was activated on the 17th, I was told to wait until this morning (Saturday) still nothing.

First try restarting your Hub this morning. If you're still unable to make and receive calls we can ask the messaging team to contact you again so that you can check for an update.
