Landline is not working

My landline stopped working yesterday. I am 90myears old and feeling anxiety, as very isolated. my mobile signal is not good. i have unplugged everything and plugged in again. still no dial tone.

@Grossmaj does your phone plug into your broadband Hub, or does it plug into the wall socket?

It could also be beneficial being registered with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning
