Landline not working, waiting for an update when engineer is likely to come. How do I do this pleae?
Reported a fault in landline - have been sent a text that the fault has been registered - no update when an engineer might come. Calling Sky Talk just puts me through to an automated system. Can I speak to someone please? thanks

Openreach aim to respond to domestic faults in 3-5 working days but hopefully it will be quicker for you.
