Landline Not Working

No incoming or outgoing calls, reset router, checked all cables and still no dice

It's worked till now. Been with Sky now for a good 3 months easily

Ok, first try the connection test here even if your broadband is working ok: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

 

If it doesn't detect a fault, it's probably best to report it to Sky.  We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can do that via a private online chat, if you wish?

Yeah please. I did the connection test and it said everything was fine, I went to the 'sky talk' help option and it's asking me about a different hub entirely. I did the online form and i got a text message saying they closed the report as they believe the issue is resolved when it's not

new to sky yesterday....tv ok but no land line which i did ask for and to keep my number

does it take for them to connect the land line? tried phoning  can not get thru

must have land line/elderly woman diabetic

@GavinGoddard OK, I've alerted Sky and a Community adviser may be able to help you via private, online messaging later today. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. Once the chat is activated it remains open for 48 hours, after which it will automatically close..

Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? It won't work from a wall socket.
