Landline Dead

Hi anyway advise welcome.  My landline is not working, cannot make or receive calls, and my mobile is texting only.  Does anyone have an email address that I can contact Sky on?  I am disabled so need my landline.  Thank you.

@Linda2018  Sky don't uise email as acommunication methid, have you registered with the Accessibility Team as they have a number of contact routes  https://www.skyaccessibility.sky/

 

When was the last time your line worked?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Live Chat isn't always available. Have you signed up for the Accessibility Team as suggested above? Once registered there are different methods of communication with this team

@Linda2018 try the connection test here, regardless of whether or not your broadband is working ok. If a fault is detected, you'll be able to book an engineer there and then: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

Have you tried what @Mark39 wrote and tried the line test because if a fault is found outside of your property you can arrange and engineer repair.
