Unable to make or receive calls - number not recognised

I had my Sky Broadband and telephone installed today, now I am unable to make or receive calls, when people phone my landline it says number not recognised. When I try to make a call from the landline it says check number and try again.

4 lights on my hub, have turned off hub and put back on again, 4 solid green lights but still unable to make use of the landline.

I am partially sighted so find it difficult to unplug equipment, have checked status page no problems found but says poor speed to the hub.

Can someone resolve this for me, or can the tech return to resolve the issue.

There appears to be a fault at the moment affecting many customers. Sky are aware.

Its now February 2023.  Is this still a recognised fault ?

I am having the same issues with being unable to connect to home phone via mobile.

@BloatedBee I've replied to your other post. I haven't seen many posts reporting this recently, so I would guess the original issue has been resolved.
