Land line not working

I would like to know how to get landline working! Just switched broadband etc to sky now I have problems 🤦‍♀️

When was your Sky service activated? Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub?

If you've just switched to Sky broadband it can take up to 24 hours for your landline can be fully operational.

I've been with sky since 31st July, phone has been working but decided to stop 🤦‍♀️ I've tried all the suggestions with no joy

@Geo21 if you've carrred out all the checks, including Sky's service status checker, you'll have to contact them to report a fault.
