Land line not working

My outreach main socet is damaged, the broadband is still working, but the landline is completely dead. I need it replacing and reconnecting....please.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

You'll need to speak to Sky. They'll arrange for Openreach to replace the master socket.
