Unable to make or receive phone calls on landline

My phone line is not working, ld like to be escalated to a sky person so I can have an online chat please.  Hope you can help.

Has this just started to happen so has it been working previously and you haven't made any changes to your broadband package ?

Any recent changes to your broadband/Talk package?
Is your broadband working? 
Is there a voice light on your hub and if so is it lit?

Yes broadband is working. No changes to package. There is no voice light on my hub. All the lights that are there are on.
