Ladline fault.

My phone isn't working but broadband fine. Tried to ring the help line on my mobile but was told the number isn't connected to the account and to try a different number. Presumably this is the landline number but, as the phone isn't working, how do I ring them?

When you call using a non Sky landline it should ask you to enter your landline number
