Landline not working

My landline is no longer working. Phone says "check phone line". Unable to call out or receive calls. Checked connections etc, all seem okay. Please help.

First thing to try is the connection test here (whether your broadband is OK, or not). If a fault is detected you'll have the opportunity to book an engineer there and then: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
