Lack of service. Unable to make or receive calls 2 evenings in a row. Online help is useless.

For the 2nd evening in a row unable to make or receive calls. Lack of service in area has left 2 near 80 year old vulnerable women unable to get help if needed. Come Sky get this sorted!

Unfortunately, you aren't talking to Sky directly but to the public forum, to talk to Sky directly you need to phone 150 or a 0330 number which can be searched for on the internet for assistance with your phone.

Is it just the evening period this is happening? Is your Broadband working when the phone isn't? If it's happening at the time you posted it seems too early to be Sky or Openreach carrying out essential maintenance.
