LANDLINE NOT WORKING
My landline is not working. I have tried all the steps suggested online and nothing helps. There is no dial tone at all. Phone screen says check phone line. When I ring the number from a mobile, it doesn't ring on the landline.
How can I get this resolved?

@Rob0409 When did it last work? Has there been any changes to your broadband setup?

Any recent changes to your broadband/Talk subscription?
Try the below line test. Disregard it saying it will test your broadband https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-phone-problems-start

Yes, a new sky hub incorporating broadband, landline & TV package, all as previous, just a new router. Tried the stuff in your link, thank you, no success.

All worked perfectly with my old router, just received a new one installed 4 days ago. Broadband & TV package work fine, just the landline.
