I stayed with Sky!,,. Got a new telephone number. It took weeks to sort out with lots and lots of phone calls. I will maybe leave Sky when my contract is up.

I have the same problem. Had mine 53 years. Can't get any sense other than leaving Sky and go elsewhere which is becoming my course if action at the moment. Good luck
