A few weeks ago I noticed that I can not see the Itemised Calls for the "future" period. I raied this issue with sky. I spent long periods of time on hold, was asked the same questions numerous times everytime I was passed onto another person. Some people I spoke to did not understand what I was complaining about. In fact, one sky person included "itemised paper billing" - I had to call and cancel this. Two weeks ago I received a call from someone who seemed to understand the issue and he told me that I should be able to see what I was requiring. He said he would escalate it. This has now gone dead.
I notice that some other customers have this problem. I guess that sky can't reslove it.
