I need to access calls made from my landline yet there appears to be no way of viewing an itemised bill.
can anyone help??

It displays the following and associated costs:
Wifi
talk internet calls
pay as you talk
broadband ultrafast
however no option to view numbers dialled etc

Unfortunately it doesn't, that just takes me to the summary page I mentioned before. It doesn't provide an option to view numbers dialled.

It doesn't. It isn't a mobile it's a landline. I need someone from sky to reply as to how to access my itemised bill.
Or someone who has been able to do this.

Hi i had the same issue - i have now found out by trial & error how to get itemised call charges.
1. Go into My Sky
2. Go into Your products (NOT Bills & payments)
3.Your latest bill (View)
4. It shows Previous / Latest / Future Bill options
This is the only way i can find to see itemised calls. Hope this solves your issue.

I can no longer see "itemised calls" on "future" bills. I can see this for previous bills but i need to see this info with a day of a call beinbg made, I was able to do this until recently (when I believe the app was updated). I've been in touch with Sky but they either do not understand what I am asked for or they ignore it. A coupe of weeks ago a technical person phoned me (Louis?). He showed some interest but I've heard nothinbg in the past week. Looks like he has given up as well. I think they have some sort of error, which only effects a few people. I'd read other people's discussions here with a similar problem but nopthinbg that is suggesgted actually helps.
