Issues with my voip telephone since getting a new white router.

My Works phone worked perfectly on my old router but since getting the new router I have been experiencing intermittent issues.

 

 My phone will crash, oddly enough it will crash other work phones if I dial a colleague. It will have connection issues. If I phone a colleague it will be still be silent, I can see them pick up the call as it is still silent. They will put the phone down and after a few seconds the phone will start ringing and they can answer.

 

 It will occassionally disconnect on answering a call. 

 

 I have spoken to Sky who have fixed a line fault and changed the settings in my rrouter but it is still not working. My old router no longer connects or I would have switched it back.
