Recently moved house and although my phone is working I do not know what the number is? When I try to connect with my old number using my mobile it's saying that the number doesn't exist.

Dial 17070 from the landline and listen to the outgoing message is the quickest method or dial your mobile to see what number is displayed.

Alternatively check the Sky app or take a look at emails sent by Sky about the service.
