My landline. I can make calls but incoming calls say number not available.

Not new to sky talk. New to internet calls. Had fibre installed in home today. Outgoing calls and internet fine. Incoming calls say " number not available".

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreRecent posts suggest that it may be a couple of days before the Talk service on fibre is fully activated. You could give Sky a call to report it, but I'd suggest waiting until next week to see if it sorts itself out by then.

That is not good enough. How does that explain the fact I can make outgoing calls.
