My broadband is working (slow according to tests). But can’t make/receive landline calls.
Our broadband is working, although slow according to the tests. The main issue is there's no landline. No ring tone, can't receive or make outgoing calls. I've unplugged everything, tried a different phone with no success.

Hi, yes all lights are green. I eventually got to speak to a representative. It sounds like there's a fault somewhere outside of the property for the engineer to investigate. Thanks for your help.
