Issues receiving phone calls

Cannot receive phone calls but can make outgoing calls.

What's the background to this? Are you new to Sky Broadband/Talk?

Hi, no, not new.  Been working fine for a few years.  Frustratingly, Sky say that there is no issue... but there clearly is!

Is this from their service checker, or have you spoken to Sky about it? Does your phone plug into your broadband Hub, or the wall socket? If the latter, does it have separate sockets for broadband and phone, or just the one socket?

Spoken with Sky.  Phone plugs into wall.

When Sky call the line it works (for them) but for no one else where it says the number is unobtainable.
