Switched to sky from BT, a week in and still no landline working.

Raised a fault on day 1 to.say sky talk wasn't working. Told to.wait 72 hours. Now been a week and sky help are hopeless. My 82 year old mother in law has no phone now and it is shockingly poor service. I've no idea if it is being looked into or when we can expect to start receiving the package that we are paying for.

Do you have the white Max Hub, or the black one? If it's the black one, is the Voice light on the front panel illuminated? Amber or green?

 

Is your phone plugged into the Hub?

We have the syy max white hub and all set up correctly. We still have no sky talk. We have spoken 3 separate timed to sky people and each time say it will be resolved in 48 hours as a priority. We have been a new customer since 3rd October and still have no phone. Its beyond a joke. We have now had our first bill as well. My 82 year old mother has no way to contact anyone. Absolutely disgusting service.

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may get in touch with you later.

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll then have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll just need to check the chat thread regularly.
