So i made a mistake on pressing a button that I can't really remember what is was but it kinda said that "enable opening this website with wifi" and the options was allow (maybe other word but same meaning) and deny. I was only checking the options but then i mistakenly pressed the deny and now I can't access the broadband router. I have some issues with other people connecting to our wifi and now I fear I can't change the password anymore. Someone please help

Yes (at least that's what it says on the screenshot I took a month ago. Also idk if the name would be crucial but it was something with color. Like color-----, I am really bad at memorizing I'm sorry

I now remember, it was technicolor

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI was wondering about Technicolor when you mentioned 'color' something! But to my knowledge Sky have never used Technicolor routers for their broadband service. - certainly not for many years - so it doesn't sound like you have Sky Broadband. Unless someone knows differently, of course.
That being the case, it's difficult to know what you might have done, and therefore how to undo it.

I don't get it sorry. I'm currently checking the official website (of the country I live) and it says we are subscribed to sky broadband, however it's not fiber also a really old one prolly like 2017-18 router. I'm really scared on to what to do. Do you think I should restart the router itself? The box had a hole to poke and restart the router but idk if it restarts the settings of what was changed.
Anyway thanks for replying, I appreciate it.

That might be why. This Community is for Sky UK and Ireland customers only. Do you live elsewhere?

If I were to guess, I would say that you probably need to connect your router to a PC or laptop by ethernet cable in order to see the router settings again - including the setting which allows you to access your router over wifi as you did before.

Okay, however after connecting the ethernet through my laptop how will I access the broadband router web again if it's not letting me when I'm connected to the wifi?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Kuro8 I'm guessing again - but you should be able to access the router settings by keying into your pc or laptop exactly the same as you were doing before over a wifi connection.
The difference is that when you connect an ethernet cable, you're not using WiFi. It's a direct connection to your router.

I think that might be this Sky:
SKY Cable Corporation is the pay television and broadband arm of ABS-CBN, a leading media and entertainment company in the Philippines.
The name is coincidental, and entirely unrelated to Sky Broadband provided by Sky UK, part of Sky Group (a division of the Comcast Corporation) whose forum this is.
As @Mark39 indicates, Sky Broadband has never offered Technicolor-brand routers (which frankly aren't particularly good)

Thanks for this, but the agent of sky contacted me yesterday to just restart the router and the settings would go back to normal. I appreciate to those who helped me!
