Have you recently upgraded your broadband package to Sky Fibre ?
If not has this issue started today and is your phone line plugged into a connection on your wall or is it in the back of your broadband hub ?

Hi, this problem has occurred for the last week and i have not upgraded my sky fibre. The line is plugged in and i have unplugged and replugged it a few times but still no luck, unfortunately.

But where is it plugged in, your broadband hub or the wall socket ?
