Need a phone number in the UK to talk to someone who can actualy do something

@PhilHenesey You will be put through to the first available agent regardless of location you don't get to choose I'm afraid

the only thing you can do is to keep ringing until you get through to someone you're happy to communicate with

Is it something fellow customers can possibly help with to save you having to contact Sky?
