no wifi calls on i phone se
Sky fibre was not set up correctly by open reach Openreach said only sky could connect my landline to my router and sky blamed openreach.
I dont care who does it but until its sorted including giving my old landline number I am not paying

I'm not sure what your thread title has to do with the content of your post?
You can't refuse to pay. Cancelling your payment method is definitely not recommended and it will cause you additional problems. Your services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, you wont be able to cancel, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky could involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.
What is stopping you plugging a landline phone into the back of the hub?

@Angry43 it doesn't need Sky or the Openreach engineer to do that. You can do it yourself. Just unplug the phone from the wall socket, and plug it into the back of your broadband Hub instead
