Hi just worked out that my phone line is now internet based due to my broadband line upgrade, do I still need to pay for sky talk anytime? Thanks

@Daxjo Yes if you make calls on a regular basis, if not you can reduce the talk package to Pay as You Go.

Having Sky Talk over VOIP does not give you free calls.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
