Landline not working properly

Hi for 2 days my landline hasn't worked propley on incoming calls it rings put I carnt hear anyone and the caller is being told temperately not working ...really inconvenient

@Shar66  You will need to log the fault with Sky, if you can call out call in 150.

I can ring out , it's ringing in that's the problem...so I call 150 to report the fault?
