Intermittent landline outage

Elderly parent who is connected to community alarm system is experiencing intermittent loss of landlune signal which means she is unable to connect to call for  help or NHS service

I would suggest they give Sky a call. Intermittent faults are difficult to deal with, as the line checks which Sky carry out in order to raise a fault with Openreach may not detect it.

Thanks for your reply. I've already called Sky, and you mentioned  they are unable to find  fault as it's intermittent
