We have had continual phone line issues (Number : [Removed]), showing engaged, or just does not connect. My mother is terminally ill and lives alone, and this is getting silly. The engineer came out today and 8 hours later here we go again, same fault. Needs sorting urgently or will escalate or cancel contract after 17 years.
