What is the background to this, please? Are you new to Sky's landline/broadband service? Or has your landline with Sky been working ok up to now?

Yes i had sky installed 27/5/2025

Thanks. Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? It won't work from a wall socket.

Do you have a white Hub? Or black? If it's a black one, is the Voice LED on the front panel lit? Amber or green?
