I called last week regarding a problem with both broadband and landline. Open reach attended ... dismantled my set up and put in a new socket. It worked for an hour then the landline cut out but the broadband was ok. I've had no landline since Thursday, it's now Tuesday and as I'm disabled I can't even call out. Help

It could be beneficial being registered with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning
